Great location near a serene lake and easily accessible by public transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and the buffet breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.
The restaurant service was extremely disappointing, with rude staff and overpriced food. The portions were small and did not justify the high prices.

We loved the hotel's location just outside the city center, next to a small lake. It provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, with no carpets on the floors, making it feel fresh and modern. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even though we arrived late, they made sure we had access to our room. The parking facilities were convenient and easy to use.
Everything was fantastic.

10 minutes outside of the historic town of Mechelen, situated at a lovely pond in a quiet area, with a quality restaurant (open midweek only).

Stayed in a hotel out of the city center, it was a great choice for work. the rooms were very nice, clean, and spacious with a good view. the staff was very helpful, gave us the door code, and left the keys at the desk. the breakfast was continental-style with hot coffee and diverse options that met our tastes.
It was a bit expensive, but worth the money because of the comfort offered. And though there was a good view, heating was from individual air conditioning which was noisy and made the air in the room unpleasant.

Quiet, comfortable, nice room, friendly management. Lakeside location but convenient too.

The Hotel has a nice sitting area overlooking the lake. Food in the restaurant is good.
The rooms have no ambiance and are somewhat dated. The Hotel's surrounding area is a dull sub-urban area without anything to do or go to. Mechelen city centre is quite a distance away.

I felt the staff were attentive, personable and approachable with all requests both personal and business. Like a home away from home. Very relaxing settingto be in after long day of business.
Fixturing in room could use some updating with additional furnishings - that said still a very comfortable stay for 15 nights.

Breakfast was good.
The rooms need some pimping: light not working, holes near the door, etc. Also the floor in the room is with tiles, which is very cold!!

Good breakfast and delicious baked eggs.
Room has stuffy air inside, maybe there is smoked before.

Friendly staff, good food although rather expensive. Quiet location which is surely very nice in the summertime.
Room rather small, spartan and cold. The tiled floor was very worn and not very comfortable to walk on. Lamp broken. Just not very comfortable.
